Why are you still nice to her?

"Why are you still nice to her?". She asks me with his eyes wide open.
"Because I try to be a good person, she teached me that I can still learn to feel something" I reply.
She is jealous. She knows that it is not the only one who's up there on the pedestal. That place untouchable for so long, where she thought she was alone.
But, in the same time, I know that nobody is really there.
